COMMUNITY FLEX CYCLING PROJECT
Our cycling program based in Colindale will offer two 90-minute sessions every Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday at 1pm. You will get a chance to engage in group bike rides as well as learn a range of topics related to health and well-being.
